A Celebration of Summer & Our Volunteers

A wonderful gathering occurred in the Community Garden on the longest day of the year.

Team SK staff, trustees, volunteers and participants of our various groups were all invited to come along to our Summer Solstice Celebration in appreciation of all the work they have done over the last 6 months, and the support they have given SK.

It was an evening full of conversation and much laughter as 40 people met and shared food while patiently awaiting pizza from our tiny pizza oven! As with all things we do at SK we are not afraid to try things, and in turn learn the areas for improvement… namely a bigger pizza oven!

A big thanks goes to everyone who came along and to those who couldn’t make it, but continue to support SK. We are so grateful.
