@ The Farm
In Winter 2024 we set out to build our most ambitious Food & Growing project yet, a 17-acre Community Farm at Sawmill Field, on Kinnordy Estate. The Farm is being designed as a living ecosystem – growing a variety of produce, regenerating soil, boosting biodiversity, strengthening local livelihoods, and bringing people together. In our first stage, a 2-acre market garden, we’re growing delicious, nutritious, nature-friendly veg. Want to get your hands on it? Sign up for a Veg Share for the 2026 season now.
We’re also able to supply local cafes, restaurants, and shops, too, so if you’re interested in us supplying your business, please get in touch.
Volunteer with Us
Throughout 2025 we provided lots of opportunities for people to connect with the land, eat together and pool resources through our building stage. We’re now well into our first season of growing, and welcome anyone who would like to get involved as a volunteer.
Volunteering days are held weekly on Tuesdays 10am-3pm and the first Saturday of each month 10am-2pm. If you’d like to come along, please let us know at least 1 week before the date you’d like to start, by completing a Volunteer Application Form. This is to ensure we have a chance to review your application form and get in touch with some essential information first. It’s a great way to learn new skills, meet new people, and give back to your community.

Did you know…
A report from the Food, Farming and Countryside Commission, Farming for Change, revealed that agroecology can produce enough food to feed a healthy UK population whilst also reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from agriculture by at least 38% by 2050.
