
Our women’s health walks run in short blocks; check back in early 2026 to find out dates for our next block.
Led by Wendy Dooner, medical herbalist, we share experiences, and discover simple, natural ways to support our wellbeing. Each walk runs for 45-60 minutes, always finishing with a brew and a biscuit! Please come along, and bring your daughter, mum, granny, sister, friend, or any other female you think will benefit from some gentle exercise in good company!

Wendy is a medical herbalist, author, and plant spirit practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting women’s health through a unique blend of science, spirit, and traditional herbal wisdom. Specialising in health from midlife on, she helps women understand the physical changes of peri-menopause while exploring the deeper emotional and energetic shifts that come with this life stage. Our Women’s Health Walks are drop-in, no need to book ahead.

We take photographs at our events to help promote our activities and impacts. These photographs are used on our social media channels including this website, and for the purposes of reporting to funders. If you do not wish for your photograph to be taken, please notify a member of staff at the event.

These walks are always free, but donations are welcomed to support Sustainable Kirriemuir’s Active Travel activities. You can make a cash donation on the day or donate online here.
