Join us for a slow, social 13km circular cycle out to Kingoldrum Village Hall to their Pop-up Café for soup, cake and a blether. Then refuelled, we will head back to Kirriemuir.

Led by Christina, our Active Travel Officer, we’ll start and finish at the Community Garden, cycling north of Kinnordy Loch to Kingoldrum, stopping at the village hall for soup, cake and a blether, then back to Kirriemuir, south of the loch. With approximately 140m of ascent in total, the focus on this ride is to be slow and social!

Please bring your bike, a drink, and dress for the weather conditions on the day. We strongly recommend wearing a helmet. There will be a charge of £8 to Kingoldrum Village Hall for the soup and cakes, payable on the day, so please bring cash.

This is a moderate, reasonably hilly ride, and cyclists should be competent cycling on the road. Please contact us in advance if you have any accessibility concerns.

Children under 18 must attend with a responsible adult and be competent road cyclists with experience cycling similar distances and gradients.
